Aquatic Realm Scuba Center - Our Facility
Aquatic Realm Scuba Center is located in Dayton, Ohio and was established in 2000.
We are a PADI 5 Star Instructor Development Center and Dayton's only PADI Dive Center. Within our
6000 sq ft area is a heated indoor pool, classrooms, service department and full retail center. Our full-time staff includes a
PADI Course Director and Master Instructor, and our part time
instructional staff is some of the finest in the industry. Of the
dive professionals affiliated with our dive center, the vast majority of them have over 20 years experience in diver training.
Dive classes for the recreational diver include: Scuba Experiences, Open Water Diver, Advanced Open Water Diver, Rescue Diver and most PADI specialty training courses.
Professional classes include: Divemaster, Assistant Instructor, Instructor, Master Scuba Diver Trainer Prep, IDC Staff Instructor and Specialty Instructor courses.
We train in a private quarry that is a sixty minute drive from the dive center May - October.
We also offer DAN courses for both recreational and professional level.
We have a children's program that has received national recognition and only continues to grow and strengthen. From 8 - 15 years of age we offer top-notch courses designed for today's children and tomorrow's future divers. From Bubblemaker to Seal to Junior Open Water Diver and beyond we offer diving opportunities for our young divers. With staff members that are also Boy Scout Merit Badge Counselors we enjoy teaching our local scouts the thrill of scuba diving while earning a merit badge at the same time.
For the non-diver we offer a variety of snorkeling and skin diving classes in addition to selling premium snorkeling equipment.
We are proud to sell and service Aqualung and Oceanic dive gear. We have a full retail department that includes, TUSA and many more manufacturers.
