Assistant Instructor (AI)
As part of the Instructor Development Course (IDC), this program helps you continue on your path as a PADI professional. As an Assistant Instructor, you can teach academic portions of the PADI courses, independently conduct several other courses and become an EFR, DAN O2, or Equipment Specialist Instructor. You become a valuable member of the instructional team, earning experience and credit toward the rating of Open Water Scuba Instructor. Must be a PADI Divemaster or equivalent, have 60 logged dives and be at least 18 years of age. Contact us today for more information about this exciting program. Minimum of 4 days required. You can work as an Assistant Instructor or go immediately into the OWSI portion of the IDC.
Pre-Requisites: PADI Divemaster or Equivalent
Course Content: Includes classroom sessions, pool and open water training. Course assumes demonstration quality skill sets in diving and rescue. If additional training is required additional fees will apply. Online Academics must be completed prior to start of course
Course Time: 5 days after completion of online course.

- IDC eLearning Online Class and IDC Crew-Pak.
*Above Fees Do Not Include: PADI Application Fees, Additional Dive Fees/Entrance Fees, or Dive Gear. Enrollment Requires Course Materials and Online course to be purchased through Aquatic Realm Scuba Center.
Independent diving to accomplish required dives, skill practice training, make-up training, etc. will be required in addition to above listed class dates.
